Angga, Lukas and Dominik won Open Science Award
Congratulations to Anggawirya Alimin, Lukas Schulze Balhorn, and Dominik Goldstein for winning the Faculty Open Science Award for the Faculty of Applied Sciences at TU Delft for their work on pyDEXPI!
The pyDEXPI package is an open-source Python implementation of the DEXPI information model, an interoperable data framework for Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). pyDEXPI makes the DEXPI standard come to life and opens the door to cutting-edge generative AI tools in chemical plant engineering.
With this award, the Open Science Community Delft recognizes the impact of pyDEXPI on advancing open science in chemical plant engineering and celebrates Angga’s, Lukas’s, and Dominik’s dedication to promoting open data exchange and driving innovation through their research.
Have a look at pyDEXPI on GitHub!
We are actively developing pyDEXPI, so stay tuned for new features and let us know if you have ideas for improvement😉
