I will be joining the Process Intelligence Research group for a Master’s thesis in March 2023. My research interests include the application of chemical data intelligence tools to understand and efficiently use chemical data. Circular chemical economy has been the focus of my studies and thus, designing more sustainable process alternatives is of great interest to me. To this end, I would like to work on implementing an automated assessment platform to support decision-making in chemical process design. In May 2024, I re-joined the PI Research group after having visited for my Master’s thesis in 2023. As part of the PhD project, I am working on exploring the opportunities and limitations of generative artificial intelligence to assist chemical engineers in research and industry.
