As part of the Process Intelligence Research Group my PhD project focusses on knowledge extraction, optimization, and machine learning in chemical engineering. To reach national and international climate goals a transformation of the chemical industry is needed. In our lab we use AI and automation to deliver new decision-making platforms for the chemical engineering field. Together with industry and academic partners we do fundamental and applied research on the mentioned topics.
